Rob
Young specialises in senior management recruitment. His comprehensive
business experience has equipped him to confidently assess an individual's
specific and broader abilities and how those skills and attributes
can best be applied to the benefit of both clients and candidates.
Rob has an accounting and management background, primarily with large multinationals in the USA, UK, Australia and New Zealand. In recent years he has worked in human resource consulting, with public sector organisations and medium to large corporates. He has also owned and operated McDonald's restaurants at Auckland Airport, and established his own consulting practice prior to joining Swann Group.

Geoff Shaw
Geoff
Shaw is one of New Zealand's most experienced recruiters in the
marketing sector. His broad experience and client base give him
valuable insights into a wide range of industries. His focus has
been on developing long-term relationships with his clients. One
of Geoff's greatest strengths lies in recognising compatibility
with a company's culture and reflecting this in his recruitment
processes. He is respected for his ability to provide the best solutions
in that wider context.
Geoff has been in executive recruitment since 1986, beginning his career with one of New Zealand's first executive recruitment firms. He operated his own firm for 11 years before joining Swann Group as a Director in 2001.
Geoff is degree-qualified in management and psychology and gained multinational experience at 3M and in sales before moving into recruitment. He chairs the Marketing Advisory Board of the Manukau Business School and was a regular contributor to Marketing Magazine through his column "The Fifth P ". He also is closely involved in the Food and Grocery Council in New Zealand having conducted the industry salary survey since 1989.
